President
Dr. Ronald J. Portell
Ronald J. Portel serves as President of Faith Baptist and has been an integral part of the school community for 29 years.
He is also recognized as an outstanding Sunday School teacher and brings over 40 years of experience working with children.
Ronald enjoys cheering for his grandson, who plays on the Lindawood school football team, and continues to serve Limestone Christian Academy in various capacities.

Principal
Katie Clark
Katie Clark serves as Principal and brings over 20 years of experience in education. She holds a master’s degree in religious education and is also an accomplished author, with nearly three dozen novels and children’s books published through Capstone Press, Lerner Publications, and Watershed Books. Her educational writing has been featured in ESL and reading comprehension workbooks for use in schools and with multiple curriculum distributors. Outside of her professional work, Katie enjoys traveling, reading, baking, and spending time in the sunshine.

Academic Administrator
Corey Patton
Corey Patton serves as Academic Administrator, a role he stepped into in 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Music and brings nearly 15 years of combined experience working with children and education.
Before entering school administration, Corey spent a decade coaching youth sports and growing his business, Vanguard Property Management, LLC. He enjoys sports—We are Penn State!—and traveling.

K-4 Teacher
Amy Patton
Amy Patton brings 38 years of experience working with preschool-age children in both daycare and church settings. She has completed continuing education in preschool teaching and holds a high school diploma, along with college coursework in English and Accounting.
Originally from State College, Pennsylvania, Amy enjoys cooking and cheers for Penn State.

K-5 Teacher
Roberta (Bert) Belvitch
Roberta “Bert” Belvitch has been teaching for 22 years and serves as a dedicated K–5 teacher. She holds an Associate of Science in General Education from Calhoun Community College (1998) and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Christian Education from Faith Baptist College, expected in 2025.
Originally from Westmoreland, New Hampshire, she enjoys raising chickens and cheering for any team that plays against Alabama.

Elementary Supervisor
Abby Stevenson
Abby Stevenson serves as an Elementary Supervisor and has been teaching for three years. She has completed ACE supervisor’s training and holds a high school diploma.
A native of Athens, Alabama, Abby enjoys playing pickleball, reading, and cheering for Ohio State.

Elementary Supervisor
Hannah Boyd
Hannah Boyd serves as one of the Elementary Supervisors. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Visual Arts and has completed ACE supervisor’s training.
With two years of experience working with children, she also enjoys teaching Kings Tweens on Wednesdays at her church alongside her husband, Jordan.
